Lunaer Coupon Codes, Deals & Offers

Enter the coupon code in the promo or voucher box at Lunaer checkout before you complete payment. Copy the code from the offers page or a verified promo and paste it into the voucher field, then confirm the discount appears in your order summary. If a code targets specific products or bundles it will usually say so on the offer details or the product page.

No, most Lunaer orders accept only a single manual coupon code at checkout unless the checkout explicitly allows stacking. The system may still apply an automatic site offer or bundle price in addition to a manual voucher, but the checkout interface will indicate whether more than one code or offer can be combined.

Common causes are entering an incorrect code, trying to apply a voucher after payment, or selecting a product excluded from the promotion. Other reasons include not meeting the offer terms shown on the product page, attempting to stack codes when the merchant forbids it, or using a payment type that the voucher excludes. Check the checkout messages for the specific failure reason.

Lunaer publicises sign-up offers and site promotions, but a universal first-order voucher is not guaranteed for all new accounts. If a new-customer discount is available it will be shown on the offers page, in a signup prompt, or at checkout for accounts that meet the merchant criteria. Create or sign in to your account and view available vouchers before payment.

Lunaer does not accept general returns or exchanges, except where a product is damaged or a different variant was shipped, and the merchant requires proof for such cases. Check the refund and cancellation rules for details on the evidence the store asks for and any cancellation conditions before you finalise your order. (Refund & Cancellation Policy)
