About PriceDecode
PriceDecode is a deals, coupons and cashback site for shoppers in India. You start here, you shop at the store you were going to shop at anyway, and part of what the store pays us comes back to you. This page explains the parts of that sentence that matter.
How it works
- Find the store. Search a brand or browse categories. Every store page shows its rate, its tracking and confirmation windows, and its live coupons before you click anything.
- Activate, then shop. Copy a code or hit activate. You reach the store's own site and buy as you normally would - same cart, same checkout, same prices.
- The store reports the order. It arrives in your account as Pending while the store validates it.
- It confirms, you withdraw. Once the return window closes and the store confirms, the money is yours to take out to your bank.
How we make money
Stores pay us a commission when a shopper we send them buys something. Cashback is us giving you back a share of that commission. You are not paying for it, and the price you see at the store is the price you would have paid coming from anywhere else.
That model has an obvious pull on us: we are paid when you click. Our answer to it is written down rather than promised - see the editorial and AI disclosure policy for what we will and will not publish, and who writes what.

What we are not
- Not a shop. We do not sell anything, hold stock, or ship orders. Your purchase contract is with the store, and returns, refunds, warranty and delivery are between you and them.
- Not able to overturn a store's decision. If a store rejects a cashback claim, we pass that decision on. We will tell you what they said and we will not pretend we can change it.
- Not a price comparison site. We show you what a store is offering, not whether it is the cheapest on the internet today.

Support is handled by people, not a queue that goes nowhere - write to support@pricedecode.in or use the contact form and you will get a reply within 24 hours. That address is also where complaints and grievances go, and where you ask us to correct or delete your data.
